Local charities provide essential help and assistance to those who need it in our local community. Truprint Media are proud to support our local Charites by donating printed material and studio time free of charge.

Old Pepys Charity Football
Old Pepys Football Club was set up amidst the lockdown of 2020 to provide an environment for men to be active and encourage positive mental health within team sports.
Old Peppys will be running a charity football day on the 25th June at Ramsgate football club in support of the following charities. Lilyx, Mind for mental health, Prostate cancer UK, British Lung Foundation. It starts from 10am there will a range of activities for all age ranges and families and local craft stalls.
Thanet Disabled Riding Centre
The Thanet Disabled Riding Centre has been established for approximately 40 years at a self-contained riding school in the grounds of Maurice House, Broadstairs.
They are a small local charity in Thanet that relies solely on the generosity of local people and businesses. They provide riding for over thirty disabled and adults each week with the help of their amazing volunteers, horses and ponies. An annual football event to remember Steve and raise funds for mental health related good causes.
An annual charity football match is held in December at the Manston sports and social club. We can find out more about this charity by visiting their Facebook page which also provides a link to make a donation to this important cause.
